Junior IT Engineer (French Language)

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and diagnostics of technical problems
- Resolving incidents and technical problems
- Assigning tickets to responsible technical teams
- Coordinating and tracking the resolving process
- Communication with technical teams from customer’s side (no communication with direct users)
- Responsiveness to customers requirements
- Continuous learning of the new technologies related to the work
- Control over the contractual operational KPIs and escalating breaches and negative trends
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English language – the main language to communicate inside the company
- Advanced Level of French Language – language on which you should be able to communicate besides English.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Unix systems
- Experience with any virtualization technologies (VMware, MS Azure)
- Experience with any Storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS)
- Experience with Networks
- Experience with data bases (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Experience with messaging systems (Exchange, Lync, Office 365)
- Experience with Backup/Restore systems (Symantec Net Backup/Backup etc.)
- Experience with Security Solutions
