Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining a candidate database
- Finding new potential talents in the software engineering field
- Contacting candidates via LinkedIn, prospecting, and sending targeted campaigns
- Resume screening and pre-selection
- HR interviews with short-listed candidates
- Writing and posting job positions on local hiring platforms
- Employer branding activities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience is not mandatory, but a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus
