Junior IT Technician

Due to the expansion of business and improvement of the quality of services, we are looking for a new colleague.

POSITION: JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Identifies improvement opportunities within existing processes and systems
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices and check computer hardware

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong functional knowledge and understanding of CRM and data analysis
• Advanced internet skills
• Networking experience
• Understanding of hardware components
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols, standards and technologies
• B2 or higher English
• Windows environment
• Active directory managing + GPO
• Base TCP/IP and related
• PC Lab services
• Understanding computer communication networks
• Computer technician
• In-depth familiarity with the Windows operating system
• Knowledge of end devices such as printers, scanners, network cameras, etc.
• Knowledge of the ACTIVE DIRECTORY system
• Basic familiarity with CISCO / FORTIGATE communication equipment
