(Junior) IT Associate - IT-Allrounder/-Supporter (m/w/d) 

As a (Junior) IT Associate (m/f/d), you will be responsible for an exciting and creative range of tasks, including

• 1st level support for office and field staff with hardware and software problems (focus on iPad, Windows 10, MS Office 365, CRM system, printers)
• User support for all applications - from standard solutions such as MS Office to special programs and tools
• Deployment, configuration and desktops and iPads
• Installation and configuration of application software
• Participation in IT projects (e.g. introduction of new software in accordance with Group guidelines)
• Handling internal IT administration processes (e.g. hardware administration, incident management)

Ideally you have

• Successfully completed training in the IT sector or a similar qualification
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10), MS Office, Outlook, network (TCP/IP) and ideally experience in dealing with IT systems in the pharmaceutical environment (GxP)
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Enjoy creating and processing documentation and implementing regulatory requirements and Group guidelines
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• High affinity for analytical issues
• Interest in a permanent position with many development opportunities in an international environment
• Customer- and solution-oriented approach, organizational talent and high self-motivatio
