Who are we looking for?

Syncit Group is looking for a Junior Magento 2 Backend Developer. We are hiring to build a very strong technical team in our office in Niš (Science Technology Park Nis). You will be working with a very qualified and experienced pool of people. In order to understand clients’ business requirements, you will need to collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Development Executives.

How do we imagine the perfect candidate?

Magento Wizard - Good understanding of Magento's code structure and extension architecture to develop sound technical strategies, Magento Certified preferable.

Tech-savvy - Beginner to medium HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, Ajax, API, Linux (CentOS), SEO, Web Analytics, Redis, and Varnish skills; Familiarity with PHP, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, MySQL, MVC, MVVM.

Seeking Perfection - Perform quality, security, scalability, and stability review on the code before going further… to test.

The Whole Package - Manage, implement, and evolve to design & development standards and procedures, integrate data from various back-end services & databases, ensure the website maintenance, updates, and migration to the newest version.

Detail-oriented - Performing technical analysis of requirements; building service-oriented architecture; interfacing, and configuration with other companies‘ systems like search, payment gateways, CRM, and ERP; unit and load testing; and page speed optimization.
