We’re looking for a junior who wants to enter the world of B2B sales and outbound. You’ll learn through mentorship and a clear process how to consistently generate high-quality opportunities.
LOCATION: Novi Sad / Remote
Responsibilities:
- Finding and contacting potential clients (cold outreach)
- Using LinkedIn as a primary outbound channel
- Sending personalized LinkedIn messages and emails
- Researching companies and writing tailored outreach messages
- Scheduling initial calls with interested leads
- Maintaining basic records in the CRM
- Working closely with the CEO and the team on messaging, ICP, and outbound strategy
Requirements:
- Strong English skills required
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and how people communicate on the platform
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of B2B sales
- Clear and natural written communication
- Persistence and a strong sense of responsibility
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in outbound, sales, or similar roles
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
- Understanding of the B2B / IT industry
