We’re looking for a junior who wants to enter the world of B2B sales and outbound. You’ll learn through mentorship and a clear process how to consistently generate high-quality opportunities.

LOCATION: Novi Sad / Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Finding and contacting potential clients (cold outreach)
  • Using LinkedIn as a primary outbound channel
  • Sending personalized LinkedIn messages and emails
  • Researching companies and writing tailored outreach messages
  • Scheduling initial calls with interested leads
  • Maintaining basic records in the CRM
  • Working closely with the CEO and the team on messaging, ICP, and outbound strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong English skills required
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and how people communicate on the platform
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of B2B sales
  • Clear and natural written communication
  • Persistence and a strong sense of responsibility

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in outbound, sales, or similar roles
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
  • Understanding of the B2B / IT industry
