Project Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our recruitment department with administrative tasks. While we have various tools to facilitate our daily operations, we need someone to ensure these tools function properly and propose improvements when necessary. The ideal candidate will manage all administrative activities to maintain order and efficiency within the department.
Responsibilities
1. Reporting and TA system administration:
- Administer and update the recruitment data system
- Perform regular and ad-hoc reports and analytic queries
- Analyze recruitment data and provide relevant conclusions
2. Recruitment Business Partners Support:
- Provide administrative support for SBP activities
- Assist in tracking the correct status of recruitment stages in the internal database
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment processes
- Create monthly and ad-hoc presentations in PowerPoint
3. Cross-Departmental Cooperation:
- Handle organizational and logistics-related tasks, such as marketing activities and referral program
Mandatory Skills Description
- A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Interest in reporting and data analysis
- Interest in Project Management, IT, and recruitment is a plus
- Resilience to routine tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills Description
- Experience in recruitment
- Any European languages: Spanish, Italian, Danish, French, Dutch
