About the Position:
We’re seeking a driven and tech-savvy individual to join our team and help expand our presence in the QMS Software and Medical Device market. In this role, you'll work closely with our team, learning to engage with clients through online marketing and supporting existing clients via email and online meetings. You will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge QMS software solutions to medical device manufacturers and other potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. This position is office-based in Subotica and is not remote. Working hours are flexible but typically run from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, totaling 30 hours a week. The salary is competitive and reflects a full-time role. This is a contract-based position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

· At least 2 years of experience in sales
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
· Goal-oriented with a “can-do” attitude
· Intermediate English skills
