Junior Technical Support Analyst is an entry-level, full-time position reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader. You will work on a specialized product and you will have an awesome opportunity to develop your technical skills. A successful Support Analyst is a motivated individual who has the analytical skills to find the root cause of an issue.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product configuration based on customer requirements
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, and product defects
- Provide technical solutions
- Interact with internal departments (development, etc.) and customers
- Provide online and/or on-site assistance and training to customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- B.Sc. or B.A. in a relevant field
- Understanding of SQL
- Experience with Linux
- Knowledge in computers and information systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (system analysis, troubleshooting, debugging code, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to plan, adapt to change, prioritize and effectively multi-task
How to stand out:
- Previous professional working experience in a similar role would be a plus
- Understanding of XML, HTML, TCP/IP
- You have experience in working with Java or Python
