Job Description
As Junior iOS Developer at Tyllo, you'll build beautiful and user-friendly iOS apps for our customers. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization. You'll also unit-test your code for robustness including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. You'll work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality iOS apps. Ultimately, our customers on iOS will have a great mobile experience thanks to you.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Interface with data sources such as REST API's
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Actively keep yourself updated on current industry trends, actively improves, and acquires new skills
Skills
- You've published one or more iOS apps in the app store.
- You're familiar with Swift, Objective-C and Cocoa Touch.
- You know how to work with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
- You have a solid understanding of the iOS platform.
- You have understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- You are capable of making use of standard libraries and APIs.
- You have a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- You know what the full mobile development lifecycle involves.
- You're analytical and good at time management.
- You have great communication and problem-solving skills.
- You're curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
- You have a big appetite to learn and improve your iOs skills.
- You're familiar with code version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration
