Job title: Junior SAP Support Analyst - Fixed Asset Accounting

About the role and the Team:
Join our team as a Junior SAP Specialist - Asset Accounting, where you'll have a significant impact on our SAP and Finance departments. Your role will involve supporting the transformation of our asset accounting operations focusing on accuracy and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in the field of asset accounting.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure proper recording and tracking of fixed assets.
- Maintain precise asset accounting records, including posting monthly depreciation.
- Generate comprehensive fixed asset reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support month/year-end closing processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage the fixed asset lifecycle across all business functions, following industry standards.
- Identify and resolve asset-related issues in collaboration with finance, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Coordinate annual Fixed Asset Physical Inventory Management processes.
- Handle audit inquiries.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, equivalent or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, ideally in fixed asset accounting.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI module functionality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
