CBiO is online convergent end-to-end billing system for any type of communications service provider: mobile, fixed line, broadband and digital provider.
You will be responsible for operation, consultancy, configuration and development for Billing&Charging solution.
This position includes support troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolving a variety of issues, functional testing, second line support of Customer systems through day-to-day tickets and producing reports ad-hoc and on a regular basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining availability of Billing&Charging systems
- Responsibility for business processes support, operation and maintenance on Billing&Charging systems
- Taking active part in development, implementation and testing of Billing&Charging solution according to business requirements
- Supporting implementation, integration, resource and performance control of Billing&Charging solution
- Short term planning of upgrades and capacity expansion
- Ad-hoc support for end users
- Helping team with their documentation needs
- Collaborating closely with other team members and departments
- Supporting CNOC team
For the good start you will need:
- University degree (or in your final year of studies) from Electrical Engineering Faculty, Mathematics Faculty, Faculty of Organizational Science – IT Program or related
- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with Linux, SQL/PLSQL and Oracle DB will be considered as a big plus
- Ability to work in a team and being a team player
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
