Job description:
As a Key Account Manager you are one of most valuable assets of our sales team.
You will be leading the communication with enterprise sized customers, with focus on sales process, future budgeting opportunities and especially deal closing.
In the role of Key Account Manager you are supported with strong presales and BDM team, Gartner based vendors and their products and proficient support organization.
What we expect:
- Responsible for managing dedicated accounts
- Proactive thinking and initiative on ways to improve sales results and company market positioning
- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant revenue stream
- Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements
- Account planning and delivery according to yearly targets
Minimum criteria and qualifications:
- University degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions portfolio
- Proactive and persistent personality
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in a client relationship/account management role
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in Serbian and English
- Driver’s license
