About This Role
We are looking for a lead generation / data analyst apprentice who knows how to source verified contact details for prospects and companies from multiple sources online. Who We Are Looking For
We hire for mindset and attitude, skills is what we teach! The character traits we are looking for in any individual are closely aligned with the following:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in data sourcing, prospecting and lead generation
- Experience in working collaboratively in a data/market research team
- Good knowledge and best practices of tools to get validated contact details, verified email addresses and information about prospects in multiple industries and geographic regions
- Should have good English communication skills
- Must have strong listening skills & attention to detail
- Service-oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets and Airtable
- Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary (fast turnaround)
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced data-driven & analytical role where you will work on several projects at once.
- Work on multiple data sourcing projects, follow briefing instructions and help us build out our B2B database and sales intelligence & analytics platform
- Generate lead opportunities and source prospects for buying intent data - both for our team & our clients
- Validate contact information, update bounced emails and verify addresses
- Proficient in the use of LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Crunchbase, RocketReach or other B2B database providers
- Utilise web scraping to get information about our target audience with a variety of different tools
- Work closely within a small, but growing data team and develop cooperative working relationships
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business values
