Slots, myVEGAS Slots, myVEGAS Blackjack, my KONAMI Slots, myVEGAS Bingo, and MGM Slots Live. Besides USA and Asia, Playstudios Europe has opened its doors in Belgrade in 2021. We are working on the Pop! Our team is looking for a brilliant and experienced LiveOps Director, an agile champion, who will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing production from planning through execution and review in a fast-paced agile environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the LiveOps organization that’s in charge of executing the monetization strategy of our core games, played by millions of users monthly.
- Driving the day-to-day execution of the monetization strategy by owning the schedule, targets, capacity, and overall success of in-game sales, offers, and live events.
- Leading a team consisting of release managers, QA testers and Technical artists
- Collaborating with Monetization managers, Project managers, and external R&D teams to make day-to-day operations run in a stable and smooth manner.
- Analyzing workflows, processes, and operations to provide suggestions for improvement in form both of methodologies and tools.
- Building effective communication channels with business, creative, and development teams to remove dependencies, and to share and gain knowledge for improving methodologies and tooling.
- Building and maintaining a sustainable organization - Leading and supporting the recruiting and onboarding of new employees, motivating, guiding, and inspiring team members (employees and colleagues), holding performance reviews of employees, and making sure they’re both fulfilling their potential and are aligned with the company's culture and standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development/LiveOps management
- 5+ years of leadership experience (from teams to groups and managing managers)
- Managing complex 50+ person operation
- Project management experience
