Do you enjoy finding out why a conversion stopped firing, and then fixing it properly? Want to turn tracking data into decisions clients can trust?
At s360, you will help Danish clients build measurement setups that make their marketing more reliable and useful. You will be working closely with the Measurement team across Europe to make sure the data our clients use to run their marketing is correct.
Deliver tracking that holds up
You will work across quick fixes and larger implementations, making sure setups are technically sound, well documented, and ready for client use. On smaller tasks, you will own the process from start to finish, including client contact. On larger builds, a Denmark-based lead will handle scoping and the client relationship while you own the delivery.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Troubleshooting: Find and fix tracking issues across Google Ads, GA4, Meta and other ad platforms for Danish clients.
- Implementation projects: Build and configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups, client-side and server-side, including Consent Mode v2, Enhanced Conversions and conversion APIs.
- dataLayer specifications: Write dataLayer specifications for client developers and validate their implementation before go-live.
- Ownership: Own small tasks end to end, including direct client contact, and deliver the build on larger projects scoped by a Denmark-based lead.
- Quality assurance: Test every setup before handover so it passes Quality Assurance checks without rework.
- Documentation: Document each implementation so a colleague can take it over without a handover meeting.
Join our international Measurement team
You will be joining our growing and international Measurement team, made up of specialists from different countries, all sharing the same passion for making data come alive and turning numbers into real impact. Most of your work will be for Danish clients, together with colleagues in Denmark and Barcelona who know these accounts well. We talk through difficult setups in our weekly team meeting, and you'll always have someone to spar with when a problem doesn't make sense.
Your day-to-day base will be our office in central Belgrade, which you'll share with s360 colleagues from other teams. You'll be one of the first Measurement specialists in Belgrade, so you'll have a real say in how we set up the work there.
Bring hands-on tracking skills and technical depth
We are looking for a colleague who can work independently, communicate clearly, and keep quality high across both quick fixes and longer builds. You are the kind of person who tests before you hand anything over, and you speak up when something in a setup doesn't add up.
You'll probably be a good fit if you recognise the following about yourself:
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4: You have spent two or more years implementing in both, and you are at home with custom events, ecommerce tracking and debugging.
- Experience with server-side tagging: You have set up or maintained server-side GTM, for example on Stape or Google Cloud.
- Experience with ad platform tracking: You have built conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta and other platforms, including Enhanced Conversions and the Meta Conversions API.
- Working knowledge of consent and privacy: You know how Consent Mode v2, consent management platforms and GDPR affect which data reaches each platform.
- Enough JavaScript to work with the dataLayer: You can read a website's code, write custom tags and variables, and explain to a developer exactly what needs to change.
- A structured way of working: A structured approach to testing, documentation, and QA, with the confidence to raise issues before they reach clients.
- Strong English: The ability to explain technical problems in plain English, handle client conversations on owned tasks, and keep Danish leads informed.
- A collaborative mindset: You document what you have tested, ask questions early, and share insights with colleagues.
