Candidates with three or more years of development experience with .NET technologies, ability to support people in developing themselves through teaching, mentoring and coaching.

What you'll do

• The role will be responsible for expansion of existing platform as well as for development of new backend services.
• This position is strongly backend development oriented. This includes solution design, agile development, test, implementation, and production support.
• Participate in the development process: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Choose the best technology for the situation in coordination with the manager and principal engineer.
• Participate in design and code reviews to help increase the quality of our products.
• Interact with business units effectively regarding requirements and specifications.
• Onboarding and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET Web FORM, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, performance tuning of relational databases.
• Work with minimal supervision on well-defined, specific tasks.
• Self-learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and background.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skill.
