Job description
Position: Medior QA Manual Tester

Core Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in manual software testing
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Experience writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
Familiarity with different types of testing:
- Functional
- Regression
- Smoke/Sanity
- Integration
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Exploratory Testing

Tools & Technologies

Experience with bug tracking tools like: JIRA, Bugzilla and Azure DevOps
Familiarity with test case management tools like: TestRail and Zephyr
Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries
Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
Documentation & Communication
Ability to clearly document defects, test results, and communicate issues
Experience with writing and maintaining testing documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills, often in English
Soft Skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to basic automation tools (e.g., Selenium IDE, Postman for API testing)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of API testing concepts
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
