Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Consultant - ERP Consultant

WHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH

As part of our team of BC consultants, you will play a key role in developing and delivering our POS solution for retail, warehouse, and inventory management. You will work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment, where teamwork is essential, and individual responsibility is valued.

• Contribute to the development of next-generation POS solutions for retail customers, including warehouse and inventory processes
• Translate complex business, warehouse, and technical requirements into practical, user-friendly customer solutions
• Identify improvement opportunities across retail, warehouse, and logistics workflows to optimize customer operations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience from working as an ERP or business consultant, preferably with handson knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically warehouse and inventory management
• Ability to advise customers, analyze business and warehouse processes, design solutions, define scope, implement, and conduct training sessions
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within business operations, processes, logistics, and IT
• Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Meet the Chief Human Resource Officer to align on objectives and expectations
• Meet the Head of the BC consultants, one of our BC consultants as well as the developer in charge of NP warehouse management for talks to assess your fit and technical capabilities.
