In their 20 years of operation, they have developed more than 700 unique implementations of the Business Central information system (formerly known as Navision), and they also develop their own ERP system.
We are inviting a new team member with experience in ERP solutions and knowledge in accounting to join their team in Belgrade.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising and assisting customers in the use of ERP solutions in the field of finance and related processes,
- Customer support - identifying and solving content problems, forwarding technical issues to the technical team,
- Ability to prepare content specifications, coordination within the company and with clients,
- Teamwork and departmental collaboration in finding appropriate software solutions for various customer profiles,
- Testing the functionality of solutions,
- Collaboration in preparing offers and other business documentation,
- Designing instructions for performing work procedures and using solutions,
- User training,
- Work will mainly be in the office with occasional visits to clients in the field.
What we expect:
- Education in the field of economics, or a degree or undergraduate studies in computer science, information technology, or related technical fields,
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of financial accounting software solutions and processes,
- Knowledge of accounting standards and legislation,
- Accuracy, responsibility, and consistency in work,
- Ability to analyze complex content and provide understandable information.
