In their more than 20 years of operation, they have completed over 700 unique implementations of the Business Central business information system (previously known as Navision), and they are also developing their own ERP system.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Management:
- Leading and supervising a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and development.
- Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and skills.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinating project activities and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Acting as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and management to communicate project updates and address any issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring the quality of work produced by the team meets established standards and requirements.
- Implementing quality control measures and conducting regular reviews or audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving:
- Identifying challenges or obstacles that may arise during project execution and proactively finding solutions to overcome them.
- Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for team members to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Providing constructive feedback and setting goals to support individual and team development.
- Communication:
- Facilitating clear and open communication within the team, fostering collaboration and idea-sharing.
- Communicating project objectives, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Acting as a point of contact for any questions, concerns, or feedback from team members.
- Team Development:
- Identifying training and development needs within the team and implementing strategies to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
- Leading by example and demonstrating best practices in leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in team leadership,
- Education of at least a bachelor's degree in economics or a related field,
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications and digital literacy,
- Exceptional communication skills with excellent spoken English proficiency are an advantage,
- Team player with a high level of service orientation and organizational skills,
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate team members,
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
