Job description:
- Work closely with the Product Owner, supporting in backlog prioritization and offering guidance for CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Provide expertise and recommendations for the deployment, customization, and integration efforts of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Lead planning and grooming sessions, ensuring that the DEVOPS team has a clear understanding of tasks and requirements.
- Develop, test, and document CRM solutions, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure we harness its full potential.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultancy, with a strong track record in successful implementations and customizations.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, core modules, and technologies.
- Proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.
- Experience in working with Agile and DEVOPS methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
