Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics IT Specialist to manage, configure, and support our Dynamics 365 environment. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, integrating third-party solutions, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Business Central, F&O, CRM).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into Dynamics solutions.
• Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors for system upgrades or extensions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and go-live support during ERP implementations or upgrades

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV, Business Central, CRM, or F&O).
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM processes (finance, logistics, sales, warehousing, etc.).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AL, X++, or C/AL (depending on version) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or relevant role-based certifications.
Experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or retail environments.
