Our partners BOYLE Sports are on a mission to shake up the betting and gaming landscape. With 400+ stores in Ireland and UK, and a fast-growing digital presence, they are building a bold, ambitious brand, and need a Mid-Weight Designer who can help them look as good as they sound.

The Role

As Mid-Weight Designer, you'll be a core part of the creative engine that powers BOYLE Sports. From campaign banners and landing pages to digital ads and multi-channel assets, you'll produce work that turns heads, drives clicks, and keeps our brand looking sharp across every touchpoint.

You'll sit within our in-house Brand team, meaning you'll go deep on one brand, build real creative consistency, and have genuine ownership over how BOYLE Sports looks across every channel. If you're agency-trained and ready to focus your skills on a single ambitious brand, this is the move.

You'll also be at the forefront of how we use AI in our creative workflow, using generative tools to accelerate ideas, explore concepts, and push production further and faster.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Digital design production — delivering high-quality design across Sportsbook, Retail, Gaming, and Acquisition channels, consistently on-brand and built to perform
• Multi-channel asset creation — producing banners, landing pages, web assets, and digital campaigns for ATL and BTL divisions across multiple formats and platforms
• Motion and video production — creating motion graphics, animated banners, and short-form video content for social, web, and campaign use. Editing and cutting down footage for multi-platform delivery, from teaser clips to full campaign edits
• Design acceleration — helping reduce cycle time through specialist capacity, enabling faster campaign deployment and greater market responsiveness
• Cross-functional collaboration — working alongside motion designers and video editors on larger productions, and supporting print workflows
• Champion AI-assisted design — integrating generative AI tools such as Nano Banana, RunwayML, and Flora AI into day-to-day production to accelerate ideation and output, including AI-assisted video generation and motion concepting
  Team mentoring & capability building — supporting the growth of junior designers and helping design leads stay focused on strategic direction and brand governance

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Specialist motion and video skills — confident producing motion graphics, animated assets, and short-form video edits using After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent), with a portfolio/reel demonstrating strong pacing, typography-in-motion, and platform-native video content (social, web, display)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, RunwayML, and Flora — able to integrate AI-assisted workflows intelligently into production, including AI video and motion tools
• Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout across digital and motion formats
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with clear and confident communication

Bonus Points

• Experience in the betting, gaming, or sports media industry — familiarity with Sportsbook or iGaming creative environments is a strong advantage
• Background working across both ATL and BTL campaigns
• Familiarity with print production workflows
• Experience helping to define or document AI design workflows within a creative team
• Experience with sound design, colour grading, or basic 3D/motion tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) for elevated animated output
