About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated NOC Technician - Technical Support Engineer to join our Network Operations Center team. Operating in the fast-paced iGaming industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous availability, performance, and stability of our platforms and infrastructure — because in our world, downtime is never an option.

What You'll Do

As part of our 24/7 NOC team, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain our network and systems infrastructure, acting as the first line of defence against incidents that could impact our players and business operations. Specifically, you will:

  • Monitor network, server, and application health using industry-standard monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Sentry, Grafana)
  • Detect, diagnose, and resolve network and system incidents in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
  • Respond to alerts and support tickets, providing clear and professional communication to internal stakeholders
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and configuration changes
  • Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) processes
  • Support the onboarding and configuration of new systems and services

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in a NOC, technical support, or network operations role
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, and firewall management
  • Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing platforms (e.g. Jira)
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a high-availability environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and monitoring
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation
