For our client, an international production company, we are searching for an experienced candidate with technical background who will be responsible for managing the business system of the company on the position of:
Navision Business Coordinator
Zagreb / Novi Sad – Ref.No. 8726
Major objective: Coordinate the company's IT segment for the region, provide timely and adequate support, collect data from the process owners, optimize processes through the Navision system and ensure a smooth flow of data in order to enable stable and efficient business performance.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support business applications at SEE level
- Keeps the application data and manages the application rights in the region
- Manage access rights on an administration level
- Validate technical and functional features of new and existing applications
- Lead projects of implementing new applications and developing new features for existing applications
Specific focus on Navision
- Troubleshoot and solve problems
- Ensure reliability of new developed features
- Serve as main contact with external partners
- Coordinate infrastructure modifications to ensure proper functioning
- Organize and coordinate user support and training
Supporte IT assets at SEE level
- Keep an updated inventory of all IT equipment and devices
- Define and implement replacement plan of IT equipment
- Harmonize IT equipment with corporate IT department and regional needs, validate IT equipment purchase based on instructions and budget
Required competencies:
- MBA/BA – Technical University (preferred IT or electrotechnical) or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience on similar position
- Working experience withing an international company is preferred
- Knowledge of NAVISION system
- Conversational level of English language (B2)
- MS Office package
- Certain level of Mobility in the region and driving license
