Required skills:
- Proven knowledge of Order Management System (OMS) software, order fulfillment, and inventory operations processes.
- Experience in Nokia FlowOne OMS is a plus
- OSS and BSS system integration - implements, and provides advanced support for the network, operating systems, applications, products, and services
- Business analyst of Telco OSS/BSS process
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, REST, SOAP
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration and Java
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB monitoring
- Application deployment process and support (release and deployment management)
- Familiar with the usage of Jenkins and Grafana
- English professional proficiency
This is your role
- Resolving incidents and defects as an L2 advanced tech analyst working closely with expert product (WPOs) and service support.
- Executing application deployment
- Manage technical documentation
- Monitor, Support, and Troubleshoot daily OSS processes.
- Execute operational activities following schedule of daily activities
- Monitor the performance of the systems.
- Applying Agile methodology by working very closely with WPOs and Scrum Master.
- Develop and deliver training to colleagues and clients.
- Maintain the record of work activities.
- Monitor work within the team and assigned subject expertise.
- Collaborate in activity coordination.
