RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing technical support on-site
- Installing and configuring client support systems
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the clients
- Provide advice and guidance to customers
- Support a VIP Onsite Support service
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school degree
- Proven work experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of computer hardware and network systems
- Good time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
