Position Description

PRE-SALES Engineer DELL EMC

Currently we are seeking for PRE-SALES Engineer within regional organization who will be responsible for support of our partners network withing DELL EMC team, located in Belgrade office. This role will be focused around providing variety of partner support in pre-sales activity, their requirement, needed certifications and facilitation of partners trainings.

With this information, your goal is to maintain and further empower our partner needs and network.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Pre-sales activities based on EMC vendor portfolio
• Daily work on variety of configuration (storage, server, back up appliance) through vendor tool
• Lead partners through technical specification requirements and solution positioning
• Data Center design tasks and projects
• Learning and facilitating EMC  oriented courses for Ingram Micro valuable partner

In order to be successful, you have:

• Technical University Background
• At least 5 years of experience in IT technologies
• Deep knowledge of server and storage technologies
• Ability to communicate and effectively within business environment
• Experience working with EMC product portfolio is an advantage
• Having EMC or other storage vendor’s certificates is an advantage
• High level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent knowledge of English language
