RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist colleagues with sourcing: identify and evaluate suppliers, define the need and prepare RFQ/RFI/RFP
- Ensure that prospective suppliers are screened and risk-assessed
- Perform detailed due diligence on selected suppliers prior to onboarding and then periodically thereafter
- Determine appropriate contract documentation, negotiate terms, engage with Endava legal team, arrange signing and extract key contract information
- Monitor contracts and take action ahead of critical dates
- Monitor supplier performance
- Assist colleagues to onboard suppliers onto Endava’s ERP system
- Arrange regular meetings to review processes compliance
- Assist with cost-saving, risk-reducing and support efficiency-improving initiatives
- Keep procurement intranet pages up-to-date, helpful and user-friendly
- Organize training; coordinate communications from Group Procurement
- Assist with incoming requests and enquiries to Group Procurement
- Assist the implementation of new systems and processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Procurement
- Experience using Oracle system is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, delivering high-quality work on time and on budget
- Experience in handling complex datasheets, good analytical and numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate assertively with internal stakeholders and external contacts
- Great team player, collaborative and supportive
