Role Summary:
As the Product Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring our products meet customer needs and contribute to business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your analytical skills, you'll help define product requirements, participate in product discovery, and contribute to the development of delivery plans and the product roadmap. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will enable you to foster collaboration, optimize team rituals, and track product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
- Act as a team coach and facilitator (scrum master), ensuring effective Agile team rituals and promoting continuous improvement and quality engineering practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including customer success, operations, technology, and marketing, to ensure product development aligns with company strategy.
- Participate in product discovery, validating feature designs with customers, conducting technical discovery, and documenting findings and user stories.
- Assist in developing delivery plans and the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and market trends.
- Track and report on product performance, utilizing data to identify improvement areas and measure product initiative success.

Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Previous experience in SaaS within an Agile environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite.
- Experience with roadmap development.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks, including an understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001.
