We’re in hyper-growth, building and scaling a business to disrupt the healthcare credentialing industry, delivering comprehensive solutions for background check and verification requirements, and innovating in the area of digital identity.
We’re looking for a detail oriented product person to lead our reporting, billing, and fulfillment initiatives by designing complex information technology systems that support background checks, verifications, credentials, medical services , and related company offerings utilizing the newest technologies to create a competitive advantage. The right person can bring dedication, passion, drive, and innovation with an ownership mindset to a fast moving market. This position offers the unique opportunity to have a dramatic impact on the success of KarmaCheck by setting and articulating strategy and vision for multiple initiatives, then driving implementation, roll out, and adoption.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams and our lead developers to: (1) help us build, scale, and take our product to market for both mid-market, enterprise customers, and/or newly identified markets, and (2) develop an incredibly successful long-term career at KarmaCheck in Product, Analytics, or beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Lead product development implementations from beginning to end; customer/GTM requirements collection, internal requirements gathering and coordination, technical and UX specifications, refine architecture and details with developers and stakeholders, design data driven success metrics, and guide the development, roll out, and adoption process
- Utilize deep knowledge and experience in digital systems to drive product ideation, integration, and development cross-functionally
- Own reporting and billing initiatives, and work in our fulfillment initiative, by defining strategy and vision based on stakeholder input and market dynamics, take that vision and inspire others to create and deliver the best product(s) on the market
- Create, document, and provide training for new processes and structures for the company/product to scale successfully, educate and engage other teams
- Become a subject matter expert on the background check industry, healthcare staffing, healthcare systems, and customer workflows
- Create and run SQL or similar reporting queries for data analysis, customer reporting, and internal requests

- You have background or familiarity with healthcare staffing, background checks, staffing, healthcare credentialing, or related industries
- You are detail oriented, analytical, and enjoy data queries and analysis
- You have lead technical integration efforts in a previous role
- You can work with sales, customer success, and engineering equally well
- You are a self starter and possess the hunger to continuously learn
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you know how to prioritize, and when to say “no”
- You have B2B experience, and have some B2C experience or a mind for how to operate in that market
- You “play nice in the sandbox” and love connecting with people via video, phone, chat tools; over-communicating to compensate for what remote/digital work can lack
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA at a 4-year accredited college: preferably technology or business degree, or equivalent life experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Familiarity with product and development process in a fast moving technology company

The expected base compensation for this role is between $125,000 - $155,000 for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future
