Context:
The Product Owner is responsible for scoping, analizing requirements, user journeys, designing and prioritizing the features for development and ensuring clear communication flows between AGILE teams and product solution teams. Product owner will help execute the product strategy that meets the business goals, engage in business case development, and ensure adherence to the Agile SCRUM process. This individual will develop relationships with stakeholders and develop an understanding of the company’s vision and strategy to ensure alignment with Traceone’s software products.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Manager team to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy.
- Participate to build the product roadmap & maintain a balance between business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility while delivering software products.
- Design the key features with the Solution Manager, Designer team and validates feature requirements with customers.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog (split the feature into PBIs), work with the SCRUM teams to plan sprints and feature delivery.
- Support team delivery – prioritize the backlog, being available to the delivery team to support and answer any questions team members have regarding the customer’s needs and the customer’s views of how the team is implementing a product feature, attend AGILE ceremonies.
- Validate the developments done in collaboration with the QA.
- Serve as internal connection between the Product & Design Team and the Engineering.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve any issues and with other PO/PM if the issue overlaps and/or gaps across the overall Portfolio.
- Collaborates with Engineering team to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the technical infrastructures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in software industry, as a Product Owner role or similar.
- Experience with Product design, Splitting features into tasks.
- Proven understanding of product management principles, with a preference for Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and a track record of delivering high-quality products that meet client requirements and fuel business expansion.
- Experience in PLM solutions, or retail industry would be a plus.

- English language at least B2 level.
- Good communication and organization skills.
