We are a Belgrade based team creating products that evolve traditional approaches and enable implementation of more sophisticated engineering processes in the different phases of clinical trials. Our team consists of experts working on the full life cycle of product development - from sparking initial idea to business priority scoping, competition analysis, user testing, all leading to software design and development. Our key focus is building a new enterprise distributed platform and new set of products, bringing innovation in the domain that will work as an ecosystem of well connected and integrated applications and microservices. Together with our partners we are working on solving problems that will enable a more efficient, synergetic, fast and secure clinical trial process.
Product Owner is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire Product Lifecycle. From this role you will be focused on prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Project Management, Design and Engineering teams. Product Owner owns the roadmap and is responsible for defining and coordinating all the activities required to bring the product to the market. You will hold a vision of the product we are developing and communicate it to the team they are working with.
Duties and responsibilities
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap creation
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and specifications
- Analyzing and recognizing customers’ needs in order to identify and fill product gaps
- Understanding clients needs and advocating for customer needs in the team
- Market research to identify opportunities and directions
- Creating product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements
- Tracking the backlog grooming and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
- Performing acceptance testing, implementing tools and analyzing product feedback
- Influencing on our design team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Generating new ideas and improving customer experience
Qualifications and competencies
- At least 2 year experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Good understanding of cloud based services
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Be proficient in both spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn and embrace emerging technologies and new fields
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic person
