As a Product Owner (Internal Systems) at CoinsPaid, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer-Centric Product Development: Create and refine user stories based on customer needs and ensure their successful delivery through the product development process
Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum meetings to align development efforts with the product roadmap set by the Product Manager
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a crucial bridge between our customers and the development team, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into the product's evolution
Development Process Optimization: Continuously optimize and prioritize the development process to maintain a coherent project sequence that aligns with business objectives
Product Roadmap Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Product to provide valuable feedback and insights, contributing to the refinement and execution of the product roadmap for optimal results
Delivery Pipeline Management: Oversee and execute the delivery pipeline, managing the backlog to ensure that all incoming requests from various departments are adequately addressed and structured by priority

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience in Product Management: Proven experience (3 years min) in product management, including crypto-domain knowledge and developing internal systems
System Analysis Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Storytelling: The ability to craft compelling narratives that capture customer needs and guide product development
Stakeholder Liaison: Proficiency in bridging the communication gap between development teams and stakeholders
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions
Flexibility and Agility: Adaptability to evolving requirements and a fast-paced environment
Product Development: A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle
Time Management and Prioritization: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project delivery
Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
