We are looking for a skilled Product Owner who will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define, prioritize, and deliver outstanding products.
The position will involve close collaboration with the local team and US-based clients, and will therefore require working from 10 AM to 6 PM CET.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Define and communicate the product vision to the team and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog.
- Specify acceptance criteria for each user story and validate deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers, copywriting, design, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements and constraints for building the product.
- Oversee the continuous development and product release processes.
Skills And Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PO role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English and Serbian to convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to new situations and scope changes.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Meticulous attention to detail to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Effective time management skills for task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of web design and development concepts.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and learning.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Technical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience in managing teams and production schedules.
- Experience with writing product roadmaps, user stories, and backlogs.
- Experience in UX/UI design, Web development, or QA.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
