Globalkom is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Owner to drive the development of our internal tools and platforms. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient solutions that enhance our internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for in-house projects.
- Create and maintain a detailed and prioritized product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and other relevant teams.
- Gather and analyze internal feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Ensure products align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Measure and analyze product performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon standards and requirements, conducting acceptance testing as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Basic understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion and other relevant software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
