Product Owner

What will you do?

• Work together with clients to develop a common product vision;
• Manage client projects with a constant focus on making a successful product that offers a strong value proposition for the client and the end-users.
• Guide and advise the client on functional and technical requirements to ensure implementation quality and the achievement of client goals;
• Identify and document specific requirements (user stories), keep the product backlog prioritized, updated and aligned with the product vision;
• Communicate and facilitate in order to transfer the proper product requirements and product vision from the client to the development team and all other stakeholders;
• Manage the product owner role in the Scrum process as well as create and conduct a sustainable project plan combining appropriate timeline, budget, scope, and resources
• Ensure the project is financially and technologically sustainable;
• Generate financial reports and forecasts
• Work in an international team with international clients and the possibility to transform client’s needs into appropriate solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 years of experience in managing projects, ideally in the IT field (Web applications, Fintech, Insurtech, E-Commerce, Product management or Content management);
• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies;
• Scrum skills or practical experience with Scrum methodology is a plus;
• Affinity towards digital trends and innovation, as well as high awareness of quality in general;
• Self-motivation, proactivity and flexibility with good analytical problem solving capabilities
• Experience in making independent decisions while guiding a cross-functional team
• An open, communicative and well-balanced personality;
• Willingness and ability to travel when required, mostly in distributed team setup;
• A person eager to learn and improve its knowledge constantly;
• Fluency in English and Serbian.
