About your role
As a Product Specialist (Technical Support Specialist) in our Outsource Support Services team, you will be involved in:
- Analysis and Interpretation: Participates in the analysis of client requirements in banking channels and products, and interprets functional requirements to the internal teams, working closely with the development team.
- Implementation: Contribution to the implementation projects by configuring and testing ASEE banking channels and products.
- Testing: Writing test scenarios, testing applications, and creating reports on test results. Providing customer support during the customer acceptance test.
- Training: Participates in preparation and conduct of training organized for users of banking products.
- Documentations: Creating user manuals and updating a knowledge base.
- Client support: Provides an appropriate level of support for ASEE banking products to provide fully functional, operational, and optimized applications following SLA..
- Communication with clients to define the problem precisely and present the solution for the problem presented.
About you
- You have at least 3 years of IT experience
- You have basic knowledge of Windows OS, Linux OS
- You have good knowledge of MS SQL
- You have good knowledge of Web services /API’s
- You have experience with testing tools (Postman, Soap UI…)
- You have proven documentation and writing skills - creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals, and test cases
- You ideally have obtained a College or University degree in computing sciences (or another equivalent)
- You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills - the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
- You are a good listener & communicator – with the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received
- You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
- You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing ones
- You have advanced knowledge of English
