Product Specialist

We are currently looking for a Product Specialist.

As a Product Specialist in our Outsource Support Services team, you will be involved in:

• Analysis and Interpretation: Participates in the analysis of client requirements in the field of banking channels and products, and interprets functional requirements to the internal teams, working closely with development team.
• Implementation: Contribution to the implementation projects through configuring and testing of ASEE banking channels and products.
• Testing: Writing test scenarios, testing applications and creating reports on test results. Providing customer support during the customer acceptance test.
• Training: Participates in preparation and conduction of training organized for users of banking products.
• Documentations: Creating user manuals and update of knowledge base
• Client support: Provides an appropriate level of support for ASEE banking products in order to provide fully functional, operational and optimized application in accordance to SLA
• Communication with clients: to precisely define the problem as well as clearly present the solution for the problem presented

About you

• You have at least 5 years of IT experience
• You have basic knowledge of Windows OS, Linux OS
• You have good knowledge of MS SQL
• You have good knowledge of Web services /API’s
• You have experience with testing tools (Postman, Soap UI…)
• You have proven documentation and writing skills - creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals and test cases
• You ideally have obtained College or University degree in computing sciences (or another equivalent)
• You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills - the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
• You are a good listener & communicator – with the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received
• You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
• You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing ones
• You have advanced knowledge of English
