ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you skilled in process automation and business integration? Join our forward-thinking team as an ERP/CRM Integration and Automation Specialist at Tramontana IMC, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and automating our business processes.
In this part-time remote role as ERP/CRM Integration and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and automating business processes, integrating services, and coordinating with contractors to deliver seamless solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Director and Business Development Director to develop, maintain, and optimize our ERP and CRM systems, providing crucial technical support and guidance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process Automation: Set up and automate business processes by integrating services and preparing technical specifications for developers.
- Service Integration: Coordinate the selection and integration of services for automation, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- ERP/CRM Management: Set up and manage ERP and CRM systems, create detailed instructions for usage, and prepare automation scripts for AI training.
- Organizational Skills and Problem-Solving: Strong ability to efficiently organize and coordinate multiple processes and systems. Expert in debugging and performance tuning to optimize system performance.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation and instructions for system users and support ongoing system improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to enhance efficiency and deliver value across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- English Communication: Fluent in English, with knowledge of Serbian and Russian as a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in ERP/CRM system setup and integration, with a strong track record in process automation and AI applications. Be prepared to share specific examples during the interview.
- ERP System Expertise:
- Mandatory: Deep understanding of Odoo ERP system and process automation.
- Familiarity with major ERP systems like SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite is a plus.
- CRM System Expertise: Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Integration Technologies:
- API Integration: Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system and service integration.
- Automation and Scripting: Basic scripting skills and familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, UiPath, or Blue Prism. Knowledge of business process automation tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Organizational Skills and Problem-Solving: Strong ability to efficiently organize and coordinate multiple processes and systems. Expert in debugging and performance tuning to optimize system performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments to drive efficiency and add value.
- Proactive Self-Starter: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, goal-oriented approach to resolving customer issues, negotiating logistics, and improving processes.
