About the job

As a part of an international team, you will take part in managing projects to ensure effective and efficient solutions are used by both Production and Markets.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in engineering, industrial, IT or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields is optional.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Track record of previous project.
• Understanding of complex technical solutions
• Hands-on experience coordinating various project contributors.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure projects/initiatives implementation on time, on budget, within company quality and safety standards.
• Experience working in a team located in different locations (would be an advantage)
• Open and transparent team member, ready to collaborate with other team members.

Soft Skills

• Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Effective communicator with clients, company management, and external partners.
• High adaptability and ability to learn quickly in complex technical environments.
• Capable of working under pressure and responding to changing project conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments at the same time.
• Ability to always remain professional.

Other Requirements

• Willingness and ability to temporarily relocate to the project site, if required.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and company standards.
