Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated project manager to drive the strong growth and evolution of our products as well as solidifying our presence and revenue base in the finance industry. As the project manager you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of roadmap projects, as well as other internal projects. You will oversee all aspects of projects - set timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. You will build and maintain working relationships with team members regarding internal projects in the company.

As a Project Manager, a typical day will include:

  • Performing project health assessment and taking necessary steps to mitigate any potential issues
  • Communicate with project teams and stakeholders and setting the proper expectations  
  • Identifying and pursuing ways to improve our systems, processes and methodologies


  • Work with internal resources, plan and manage system implementations and upgrades
  • Create documentation for project plans, project status reports, timelines, project issues and risks as needed for projects assigned
  • Lead and direct the work of others
  • Provide management with regular and timely status reports and benchmarking metrics of projects
  • Assess efficacy of current processes to develop specific recommendations to improve efficiency and organizational agility
  • Have solid understanding of Windows and system related concepts
  • Have a high degree of creativity and latitude

Qualifications and Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and subject matter knowledge
  • 2+ years of relevant experience and leadership skills
  • Additional experience in software industry would be desired
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Strong technical mindset to lead cross functional teams
  • Proven strong relationship management skills
  • Self-starter, achievement-oriented, motivated and proven problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
