Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Manager, PMO in supporting the delivery of the Inovatec product suite for our clients, as well as management of internal projects such as new product features, or integrations with 3rd parties. Following our structured methodology and delivery approach, you will manage production deployments, create projects in Jira, maintain Solution Delivery metrics and create ad-hoc reports and documents for Solution Delivery. 

You will also be responsible for working with the Client Engagement Managers to complete tasks and documentation driven by Inovatec's delivery methodology and PMO processes. 

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in new project set up, documentation management, data analysis, compliance with our PMO processes, updating and creating procedures, and preparing presentations and other materials. 

You will take part in Project Management activities like managing project scope, schedule, resources and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage production deployment for client projects
• Set up and maintain project documentation in Jira, SharePoint, and other tools.
• Proactively manage scope to avoid scope creep 
• Proactively manage scope, time, or budget risks through team collaboration and effective client engagement 
• Prepare  progress/status updates internally and externally, and support creation of related material and reports.
• Facilitate PMO meetings
• Prepare summary reports of team time tracking and perform analysis of logged time along various dimensions.
• Prepare month end billing file
• Create and maintain PMO and other documentation as required.
• Prepare reports and material for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other client review meetings.
• Set up of Jira structure and assist in the maintenance of project artifacts for the Client Engagement Managers
• Work with the PMO to continuously improve our methodology, processes, and practices.
• Report and escalate issues in a timely manner to the PMO Manager or Leadership Team when necessary. 
• Mentor PMO Serbian Intern

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical skills in Jira, MS Project and MS Office
• Experience working in the Project Management area is considered an asset
• At least 1 year of experience working in software development or Information Technology is considered an asset
• Project Management Certificates are considered an asset (PMP, PMI, PRINCE II or similar)

Qualifications
