2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Ability to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutions
Diligence in troubleshooting, analysis and monitoring
Ability to deliver effective customer trainings
Structured approach to writing system documentation and manuals
Customer-centric L2 approach in on-site and remote assistance and support

YOU SHOULD ALSO BE FAMILIAR WITH

Windows and Linux system administration
Administration of application and web servers (WildFly, JBoss, NGINX, Apache Tomcat)
Microservice infrastructure (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
Scripting language (Bash, PowerShell)
Querying and managing RDBMS (OracleDB, PostgreSQL)
CI/CD and code management software (Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, SVN, git)
Issue tracking software (Jira)
Web service testing tools (SoapUI, Postman, BloomRPC)
Monitoring and log aggregation tools (Checkmk, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Loki)
