Python Developer

DUE TO EXPANSION WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Freelance remote Python developer

We are looking for software engineers who enjoy working with our clients in a team environment collaborating together to share knowledge and work to achieve mutual goals.

You will work in a team that is working on a tool that helps companies in the design and production process. You will initially be working on bug tracking, make functional changes and create optimizations, with performing tests. When you are worked in on the code you can start with new features and refactor the platform. You will communicate with a team in the Netherlands, but also with teams abroad or locally.

Core tasks:

• You will play an important role in future planning and development decisions 
• Continues development on the current platform
• Debugging Rhino & rhino automation
• Continues writing of automated tests

Required skills:

• At least Bachelor Degree (programming, automation, engineering) 
• 3+ years of experience in Python 
• Experience building and deploying flexible backend systems
• Strong fundamental experience of data structures and algorithms
• Strong interest to learn about new technologies and systems
• Your vocal and written English is good;
• Working experience in IT in a similar positions;

Technical skills:

• Python - Excellent knowledge
• Experience with C#
• Experience with .net framework/Iron python 
• Write tests within python application
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Rhino
• Knowledge of Autocad/Geometry
