We are looking for a Mid-level, Senior and Lead Python Engineers to strengthen our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in full-cycle application development: design, implement, test, and launch solutions in Python
  • Integrate with other clients’ systems and applications
  • Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
  • Help identify, escalate, and resolve any technical issues and problems that might occur
  • Be involved in a code review process
  • Be responsible for the implementation of different types of functionalities described in design documents
  • Drive the collaboration process with other team members
  • Additionally for Lead role:
    • Mentor and lead members of the development team
    • Lead and communicate project scoping, roadmap, architecture, discussions within development team
    • Coordinate plan and track tasks and activities
    • Ensure that the Agile team is capable of consuming stakeholder demand

What You Have

  • Minimum 2 years of software development experience
  • Good knowledge of Python
  • OOP and design patterns
  • Python coding standards and best practices
  • Experience with at least one direction: Data Governance, MLOps, Computer Vision, NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLM (Large Language Models) or Reinforcement Learning:
    • Experience with some of mentioned Computer Vision tools: EasyOCR, Tesseract, AWS Textract, Azure Computer Vision, Google OCR, PaddleOCR, MMOCR, YOLO, etc.)
    • Experience with some of mentioned related to NLP: tokenization, named entity recognition, classification, sentiment analysis, word embeddings (NLTK, spaCy, scikit-learn, transfomers, etc.)
    • Experience with some of mentioned Reinforcement learning tools: KerasRL, Pyqlearning, Tensorforce, RL_Coach, TFAgents, Stable Baselines, mushroomRL, RLlib, Dopamine, SpinningUp, garage, Acme, coax, SURREAL)
  • Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, Snowflake, etc.) and Non-Relational databases (Hive, AWS Aurora, etc.)
  • Experience in one or more Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS Kinesis, etc.)
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Good English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with relational database management systems (AWS Redshift, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with relational databases services (AWS Aurora, etc.) is a plus

Radnik u ovoj kompaniji se ne poštuje, gleda se kao broj i kao freelancer koji mora sam da nađe projekat (ukoliko je na benchu ili želi da pređe na drugi projekat). Povišice se jako teško dobijaju, mora da se položi assesment kako bi prešao u sledeći nivo, a ni tad nije sigurno da će se ista dobiti. Svi procesi su jako spori, puno birokratije.
