About the position
Are you a Python wizard with a sense of humor? Do you like long walks through dense forests of code and late-night debugging sessions? If so, we want you on our World of Warships: Legends team in Belgrade! We're currently looking for talented programmers to join our ranks and help us conquer the digital world.
World of Warships: Legends is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.
The project is driven by a team of international developers who combine talent with their passion for video games, resulting in World of Warships: Legends being a favorite hobby for millions all around the globe with keeping its community ever-growing!
What will you do?
- Creation of server and client side game logic for MMO game in Python;
- Integration with internal and external services like Microsoft Live, PSN.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python and C++;
- Experience in developing asynchronous/multithreaded applications;
- Familiarity with databases, message brokers;
- Experience of working with distributed systems;
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in computer science or related fields;
- Advanced Russian;
- Intermediate English or higher.
