We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join the Helpdesk Platform team, who will be responsible for controlling the quality of this product.

The main goals of our product are to improve the quality of support service, reduce the amount of routine by automation and improving UI/UX, make agents' work more efficient, and provide more transparency of their result to their superiors.
The quality and speed of customer Support is critically important to our company.

Key Responsibilities

analyze product requirements and create test plans for current tasks
performing manual functional acceptance testing both Frontend and Backend of our service
actualize the test model of our product
write, review and maintain different types of autotests
take responsibility for and monitor QA metrics of the team (amount of bugs, coverage, etc)

We expect that you:

got 2+ years of hands-on experience in the role of QA Automation
have a solid grasp of client-server architecture
have proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, Cypress or similar testing framework or/and GoLang for writing autotests
got an ability to work closely with developers and product manager and build effective communications for solving current questions
enthusiastic, pro-active, with good soft skills

got proficiency in configuring CI pipelines

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.

Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.

We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.

We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).

For our employees we cover the following:

Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
