Job Description

We are looking for a 3-4 years experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our QA crew. Some of your tasks will be to:

Analyze and report test activities and results
Update and report issues into bug tracking tool and work with software developers to resolve issues
Generate test cases
Write new and modify existing automated test scripts
Take part in features design and planning
Take part in inspecting and debugging production issues along software engineers

You should have:

3-4 years in Software Testing domain for web / client-server and mobile apps
Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript, along with extensive experience using automated testing tools like Cypress, Playwright, and REST Assured
Advanced knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
Experienced in designing testing documentation: Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Cases and Bug Reports
Strong knowledge of all Functional Testing methodologies: Smoke/Integration/Regression
Experienced in the development of automation test frameworks, CI/CD tools, automated reporting
Ability to provide high-quality functional requirement and specification review and analysis
Be able to document software defects using Defect Tracking systems
Proficient in status reporting and issue escalations
General understanding of software development processes
Good communication skills and proficiency in English

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with any other programming language (e.g. C#, Python)
Experience in working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and database testing
Familiarity with mobile automated testing tools - Appium
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
